A dial frame is the face plate for a dial plot - it is always drawn last.
JFreeChart includes a couple of implementations of this interface
(StandardDialFrame
and ArcDialFrame
).
Classes that implement this interface should be Serializable
,
otherwise chart serialization may fail.
