Film Recorder Request

These pages will help you to submit a request for the Film Recorder, and are for use by Lunar & Planetary Laboratory personnel only. For slides with a 2 day or more turnaround time, please fill out the following form. For orders less than 2 days you will have to do it yourself. This request will require you to know the account number that you would like the slides charged to. The process is as follows:
  1. Figure out which images that you want made into slides, and put down the number of originals that you will upload at the bottom of this page (there is a place on the Film Recorder Form to ask for multiple slides of an image).
  2. On the Film Recorder Form you will enter your information, and upload your digital images.
  3. Submit the request.
  4. Then in 2 or more days, the slides should show up in your LPL mailbox.

If your Web browser doesn't support forms, or if you don't think your message went through, please send e-mail to

webmaster@pirlmail.lpl.arizona.edu.

(When sending e-mail, be sure to include your e-mail address, if you have one, your area code and phone number, or an address at which you can be reached!)


How many images are you going to upload?

If you have entered the number of images that you are going to upload, click the "Make Film Recorder Form" button to go on to the form. You will get the form if everything goes well, or an error message if you entered something that wasn't a positive number.

If you have a PIRL account, there is another upload option available to you.
