The time allocated for contributed oral presentations is 10 mins, plus 5 mins for questions and handover (25 & 5 for invited reviews). We therefore recommend that you limit your talk to 10-12 slides, or less, to allow time for discussion (25 slides for review talks).
Please prepare your presentation in a recent version of Microsoft Powerpoint or OpenOffice Impress. Presentations should be uploaded to the seminar room PC and checked for fidelity during the break immediately preceding your session (see program for schedule of talks) - or earlier if possible.
Please bring your file on a USB memory stick, or alternatively email in advance to nicolas{dot}gorius{at}nasa{dot}gov.
Use of individual laptop computers for presentations will not be permitted, to keep the oral sessions running on schedule.
Posters should be prepared no larger than 36 x 48 inches (900 x 1200 mm, width x height) in PORTRAIT format. This is so that we can accomodate 2 posters on a landscape 72W x 48H poster board. (Note that European A0 paper is 841x1189 mm so it should fit fine, in vertical orientation.)
If you must have a landscape poster for some reason please contact :
conor{dot}a{dot}nixon{at}nasa{dot}gov
or terry{dot}a{dot}hurford{at}nasa{dot}gov
by March 20th to check if additional space is available.
Poster pins will be provided. The poster room will open at 8:30 am on the morning of Tuesday April 3rd and remain available until 1 pm on Thursday April 5th. Posters can remain on display during the entire meeting. Poster sessions will occur during 3:30-4:30 each afternoon on April 3rd and 4th. Half the posters will be presented on each of the two days: see program schedule for details of author/days.
