Physics Department Event Request

Please fill out this form and click the SUBMIT button to send your request to the Calendar Organizers. You'll receive confirmation as soon as the Calendarbot processes your information (the event will not show up on the Calendar, however, until a human makes sure nothing's fishy). Anyone submitting bogus events will be hunted down and exterminated.

Whenever possible, please create your own event webpage that the calendar can point to so that people can get oodles of information from you; the calendar database is of limited size.

In the box below, put a detailed description of the event. For regularly scheduled talks, this should be the speaker's name and the talk's title (suggested format is -- Jane Doe (University of Oz): How the Tin Man Found a Brain).

Finally, the webpage (optional but suggested). Use the full address for the page, e.g. http://www.physics.arizona.edu/physics/colloquium/dept.html#012198:
