This is an oil painting created on June 13, 1987. It is based very loosely on an image of the Trifid nebula. The painting makes use of a thick painting style which I prefered at that time. Like Morning Twilight, the reflecting surface could be any liquid or ice. There are silhouetted mountains in the background and bright stars in the sky. The painting is oil on 14 by 18 inch stretched canvas.
