Added gazetteer (still needs icons at exact locations), implemented
graticule search feature, added stats that seem to be accurate.

Added graticule using geoJSON files (different files at varying resolutions). Should add files even for restricted zoom levels. Added label text to latitude and longitude lines that move with window.

Resolved bug involving incorrectly displaying footprints. Did a test run of acquiring CTX footprints, although more accurate footprints should be available via shapefiles. Currently the map can make sudden jumps on selecting HiRISE footprints - going to work on resolving that for the next update, along with CTX footprints.

Added strikethrough to features not yet implemented. Only the right half
of footprints (less than 180° E) are displaying the popup correctly.
Going to fix asap.

Moved from parsing an html-formatted file at runtime to get footprints to
loading a set GeoJSON file. Rewrote mouseover and click popups to work
with this. Should help with footprint loading times, and much better
way to store and access data.

Added a changelog. Consolidated function that toggles HiRISE footprints
into the same one that handles zoom disabling of footprints. Added text
to clarify that footprints can only be seen at or closer than a certain
zoom. Removed disabling of footprint checkboxes above that zoom. Under the
hood, converted html database to geojson database, but can't get it to
parse everything (especially data for the footprint popups).

Starting zoom is further out to get a better idea of location on Mars.
