RedGeom_Next_Pipe
This procedure, part of the RedGeom pipeline, is resonsible for determining if the next pipline is to be initiated. The script will look at the contents of the *.mosaic.pvl file located in the $HiRISE_ROOT/Data/RedMosaic directory tree. If all of the files listed have been created then the *.mosaic.pvl file is placed on the next pipeline.
RedGeom_Next_Pipe -File <pathname> -CAtalog <catalog <gt -COnfiguration <conf_file>>
The full pathname of the *.histitch.cub.
Specify the catalog for the sources table of the next pipeline. If not specified, the default is HiRISE.
Specify the name of the configuration file such as RedGeom.conf. If not specified then the default is $HiRISE_ROOT/Configuration/RedGeom/RedGeom.conf

RedGeom_Next_Pipe requires the environment variable HiRISE_ROOT specfying the root directory of the HiRISE directory tree. RedGeom_Next_Pipe terminates if this environment variable does not exist.
RedGeom_Next_Pipe must have a configuration file. It can be optionaly specified with the -Configruation parameter. If unspecified in the command line, the default is $HiRISE_ROOT/Configuration/RedGeom/RedGeom.conf
RedGeom_update_pipeline = TRUE or FALSE (place output cube on next pipeline?)
RedGeom_next_pipeline = RedMosaic (name of next pipeline)The following codes are returned by RedGeom:
0 # Success value
1 # HiRISE_ROOT environment variable not defined
2 # Can not create directory for next pipeline
3 # Configuration file does not exist
4 # Problem with *.mosaic.pvl file
5 # Can not rename the calibration file.
6 # Can not make an entry on the next pipeline source table
7 # Required command file parameter does not exits
8 # Can not create subdirectory name with Data_Location
9 # Something wrong with the file input file name
10 # Input Trigger file does not exist
11 # Can not delete previous .cam2map.cub file
12 # Lock file mechanism fails
