HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe
This procedure, part of the HiccdStitch pipeline, is responsible for creating the *.hicolorinit.pvl file and placing it the HiColor directory area. The *.hicolorinit.pvl file contains the list of Product_Ids that are to be turned into color products.
HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe -File <pathname> -CAtalog <catalog <gt -COnfiguration <conf_file>>
The full pathname of the *.hiccdstitch.pvl file containing the full filenames of the used to construct the hiccdstitch product.
Specify the catalog for the sources table of the next pipeline. If not specified, the default is HiRISE.
Specify the name of the configuration file such as HiccdStitch.conf. If not specified then the default is $HiRISE_ROOT/Configuration/HiccdStitch/HiccdStitch.conf
HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe is part of the HiccdStitch pipeline. The procedure determines if all the hiccdstich products (RED, IR, BG) have been created then creates the *.hicolorinit.pvl file in the HiColor directory area. The *.hicolorinit.pvl file contains a list of the Product IDs that were used to create the HiSitch and HiccdStitch products.
HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe requires the environment variable HiRISE_ROOT specfying the root directory of the HiRISE directory tree. HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe terminates if this environment variable does not exist.
HiccdStitch_Next_Pipe must have a configuration file. It can be optionaly specified with the -Configruation parameter. If unspecified in the command line, the default is $HiRISE_ROOT/Configuration/HiccdStitch/HiccdStitch.conf
HiccdStitch_update_pipeline = TRUE or FALSE (place output cube on next pipeline?)
HiccdStitch_next_pipeline = xxxxxxxxxx (name of next pipeline)The following codes are returned by HiccdStitch:
0 - Success value
1 - HiRISE_ROOT environment variable not defined
2 - Can not create directory for next pipeline
3 - Configuration file does not exist
4 - Error in configuration configuration file
5 - Can not create the processing text file
6 - Can not rename the calibration file.
7 - Can not make an entry on the next pipeline source table
8 - Required command file parameter does not exits
9 - Can not create subdirectory name with Data_Location
10 - Can not read the ISIS keyword PoweredCpmmFlag
11 - Can not delete the old HiccdStitch file
12 - Problem with the input file
