jpx_target::access_compatibility

Returns an interface which may be used to specify features which are used in the JPX file being generated, along with those features which are required to correctly interpret the file. It is not absolutely necessary for the application to perform its own compatibility initialization, since the object will attempt to automatically assess the features which have been used, assuming that all of them are essential for correct decoding of the file. However, the object cannot be aware of features which are included with additional boxes inserted by the application (e.g., after breakpoints between calls to write_headers).
