jp2_colour::check_cie_default

Returns true if the colour space is JP2_CIELab_SPACE or JP2_CIEJab_SPACE and the parameters returned by get_lab_space or get_jab_space (as appropriate) correspond to the default parameters identified by the second form of the init function.
