  1. A macro language with command recorder and built in editor [Plugins/Record added in v1.23].
  2. A dialog for setting slice spacing in volumes and frame interval in movies [Image/Properties in 1.26].
  3. Copy/Paste of images to system clipboard. [The System Clipboard plugin does this.]
  4. A native Windows launcher ("ImageJ.exe") to enable drag and drop of files and allow the Java heap size to be set in a dialog.
  5. RGB stack to 8 bit color stack conversion. [in v1.28]
  6. Save brightness/contrast settings in TIFF headers. [in v1.27]
  7. Right justified columns in the ImageJ window.
