128P/Shoemaker-Holt 1

This image of Periodic comet Shoemaker-Holt 1 was taken on 1997 December 27. The image is 4.5 arcminutes wide by 3.9 arcminutes tall with north at the top and west to the right. The faint tail stetches across the image towards the right of the comet which is on the left side of the image. Click on the image for a larger view.
