This artwork was meant as a sort of break from painting pictures of the Moon. It was also a bit of practice for Fireball which I was thinking about at the time and finished later in the year. It imagines an inhabited world that has a Moon orbiting it and is near a large nebula. This is definitely not intended to be Earth.

The painting was completed on October 25, 2015. It is a 9 by 12 inch acrylic on canvas.
