NAME

HiFurrow_Fix

Perform a normalization of the furrow region of bin 2 or 4 HiRISE images. The input to this script is a HiRISE stitch product containing both channels of a CCD.

SYNOPSIS

HiFurrow_Fix -ifile <input.cub> -ofile <output.cub> -cat <catalog> -conf <configuration.con> -help

-ifile <input.cub>

The full pathname of a ISIS cube file. The file must be a bin 2 or 4 image with both channels of a ccd stitched together with the ISIS histitch program.

-ofile <output.cub>

The full pathname of the output ISIS cube file. The files has had the furrow region nomalized.

-cat <catalog>

The name of the HiCat catalog, if not specified then "HiCat" is used

-conf <configuration.conf>

The name of the of the configuration file, if not specified then $HiRISE_ROOT/Configuraton/HiStitch/HiStitch.conf is used.
